Oven: Preheat to 160°C. Place ribs on a lined tray, cover with foil, and bake for 2 hours. Finish uncovered at 200°C for 15–20 minutes or until caramelised.
Grill/BBQ: Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes per side after slow-cooking.
