Changes, cancellations and returns
Modifying or cancelling orders
You can cancel or make any changes to previously submitted orders, including the delivery day or time, up to 24 hours before your order is meant to be delivered or picked up, without incurring any cancellation fees.
Once you have placed an order you can modify it by contacting our office.
Cancelling or changing an order after cut-off
If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. As we deal in fresh, perishable goods, cancellations may incur a fee. If your order has already been prepared, a cancellation may not be possible.
Out of stock items
If a product is unavailable, we’ll let you know by email or phone as soon as possible.
Missing items
If an item you have ordered is missing from your delivery, please contact us.
Payment queries
If you have any queries about your credit card charge please contact us. Online credit card order cancellations or refunds will be processed on the next business day in accordance with your bank handling time.
Returns
Damaged items
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. All our meat is delivered in insulated boxes with commercial ice packs and cryovac where possible, so there shouldn’t be any spoilages. Pictures of all delivered items are also taken to ensure quality standards are met. We will also send you a text or email confirming your order was delivered successfully.
If you receive a damaged item, you can return it at the time of delivery or contact us within 24hrs to arrange a replacement or refund.
