BBQ/Stovetop: Bring to room temperature. Cook over high heat for 3–4 minutes per side for medium. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

I’ve spent thousands, typically buy in bulk, $400-500 per shop once a month. Meat quality is good in general, but never been offered a discount. Not that I expect it, however when you see someone come in and buy two steaks and get a discount it stings. Never said anything until now, but not a place that seems to value loyal customers. I’ve even been charged for a bag after spending $500. It’s now made me think twice about where else I can spend my money. Just looked at pricing at Meat Emporium and VICS and seems I can get cheaper grass fed meats. Bit disappointed.
