Stovetop: Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat. Add burger patties and cook for 4–5 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.
BBQ: Preheat grill to medium-high. Place patties on the grill and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until juices run clear. Rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
