Oven Bake (Recommended): Preheat oven to 180°C (fan-forced). Place riblets on a lined baking tray. Bake for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway, until caramelised and cooked through. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
BBQ Grill:
Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill riblets for 30–35 minutes, turning every 5–7 minutes, until nicely charred and cooked through. Let rest before serving.
Slow Cook:
Place riblets in a slow cooker with a little stock or water. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender. Finish under the grill for 5–10 minutes to caramelise.
