Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C (fan forced). Place kebabs on a lined tray and roast for 15–20 minutes, turning halfway.
Pan-Fry: Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Cook kebabs for 8–10 minutes, turning until browned on all sides and fully cooked.
