Oven: Preheat to 150°C. Brown cheeks, then place in a covered dish with liquid (stock, wine or sauce). Cook for 3–4 hours or until fork-tender.
Slow Cooker: Add browned cheeks and liquid to the cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours or until very tender.
