Pan Fry: Heat a shallow layer of oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook schnitzels for 3–4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200°C (fan-forced). Place schnitzels on a lined baking tray. Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden and cooked through.
Tip: Serve with a wedge of lemon, crispy roast potatoes or chips, and a fresh garden salad.
