We stopped and shopped at Chop Butchery today. You enter through an automatic glass sliding door into a chill room stocked with a huge variety of pre- packed meats. All pricing is clearly displayed and the presentation is 1st class. Exiting the chill room into the main shop, there is a counter in the traditional butcher style with an attendant ready to serve you. As you exit and pay, there are many varieties of BBQ marinades and sauces etc. The whole vibe allows you to browse at your leisure without feeling rushed in decisions. Our Cheese Kransky was amazing. Not too spicy, perfect seasoning, no crud. Can't wait to try their Sausages, but we're sure they'll be excellent. Lovely staff too.
