Smoker/Oven: Preheat to 120–140°C. Season generously and cook low and slow for 4–6 hours, or until meat is tender and pulls away from the bone.
Slow Cooker: Add ribs and your choice of marinade or stock. Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours.
Pressure Cooker: Sear ribs first, then cook with liquid under pressure for 45–60 minutes.
Rest before serving.
