A deliciously simple mince recipe that can be used in a myriad of ways - we guarantee this will become your new mid-week 'go to'.
Ingredients
- 400 g beef mince
- 1/2 red capsicum - finely diced
- 5 cloves garlic - crushed
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 spring onions - finely sliced
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the Beef mince and cook, stirring and crumbling into small pieces until browned.
- Add pepper, garlic, ginger and sesame oil, stirring until fragrant (approx. 2mins). Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar. Cook until the sauce is reduced and absorbed into the beef (approx. 3 mins).
- Add the scallions and garnish with sesame seeds.
