Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C (fan-forced). Place fillets in a baking dish and cook for 25–30 minutes.
Grill/BBQ: Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill fillets for 5–7 minutes per side until nicely charred and juices run clear.
Tip: Let rest for a few minutes before serving for the juiciest results.
