BBQ (recommended): Preheat grill to medium heat. Cook steaks for 6–8 minutes per side, turning once, until cooked through and nicely charred.
Pan Fry: Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat with a little oil. Cook steaks for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C (fan-forced). Place on a lined baking tray and cook for 20–25 minutes, turning once, until cooked through.
